LICENSED ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR needed in Yadkinville region. Must have relative experience and live within 30-45 minutes of Yadkinville.

*Leadership Accountabilities*

The Administrator is responsible for providing day to day operations and regulatory oversight of designated properties. The position will provide leadership and direction to the management team.

*Key Functions*

· Perform day to day operational duties required to provide exceptional care to residents and supportive leadership to employees

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

· Perform sales and marketing activities required to maintain occupancy and meet revenue targets

· Identify, train and coach departmental leads

· Hire and retain caregivers who will provide the highest levels of care to our residents

·· Drive employee retention by conducting regular performance conversations and goal setting

· Maintain a positive, open-door atmosphere

· Maintain resident occupancy levels

· Ensure positive resident experience by building relationships and setting exceptional standards for team performance

· Prepare and present reports as required by regulatory agencies and the _Integrity_ organization

· Monitor facilities needs to ensure safety and a pleasant environment for residents

*Qualifications:*

· Bachelor’s degree in health care management preferred

· Certifications and licenses as required by the State of NC

· Experience as an Administrator within the health care industry required

· Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite

*Competencies:*

· Excellent and diplomatic communication skills

· Advanced technical skills

· Ability to prioritize while maintaining flexibility as business needs change

· Ability to collaborate with employees and leadership to resolve issues

· Established methods for effectively managing time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
