Skills and Experience:

Work Experience What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, and more
• Plan and execute apartment turnovers, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors
• Maintain HVAC systems (certification preferred)
• Assist with general property upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment
• Collaborate with property management, leasing, and fellow maintenance team members to meet property goals
• Adapt to a variety of tasks—no two days in property management are the same

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical maintenance experience (apartment or similar industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong commitment to customer service
• HVAC certification required
